The purpose of Restrictions in a community is to retain the integrity and property values. With this in mind, please note the following restrictions that you will find in your documents.
Any change that you are making to your home that is visible from the outside, such as paint color, fencing, satellite dish or solar panels must be first submitted to the Architectural Review Committee. Click here for HBS color book
All buildings and lots must be kept neat and clean. This means lawns need to be cut regularly and edged, Palm trees trimmed and mildew removed from houses.
No commercial vehicles or boats shall be parked in the community. Recreational vehicles or boats can park 24 hours. If you need to park longer than that, you must contact Coastal HOA Management to get approval. Paper permits are no longer being issued. No parking on vacant lots is permitted.
